As the Penthouse Bar Grill Manager, you will lead the operations of our flagship rooftop dining destination. This role combines high-level operational management with a strong guest-centric and business-oriented mindset. You will be responsible for driving profitability, ensuring elevated service standards, developing the team, and executing unique dining experiences aligned with the brand and hotel standards.

As the Penthouse Bar Grill Manager, you will lead the operations of our flagship rooftop dining destination. This role combines high-level operational management with a strong guest-centric and business-oriented mindset. You will be responsible for driving profitability, ensuring elevated service standards, developing the team, and executing unique dining experiences aligned with the brand and hotel standards.

Minimum of 6 years experience in the hospitality industry, with an emphasis on food and beverages.

Culinary or food service management degree may be advantageous.

In-depth knowledge of the food industry.

Strong working knowledge of related computer software, including restaurant management software.

Ability to adhere to budgets and meet financial targets.

Exceptional organizational, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to forecast food and beverage needs.
