**SNAPSHOT** Location: Jamaica Company: Nestlé – Jamaica Full-time **POSITION SUMMARY** The Pension Support Assistant provides administrative, compliance, and governance support to the Trustees by coordinating Board meetings, monitoring external providers, ensuring regulatory and policy compliance, managing financial and pension processes, and serving as the primary liaison for plan members. The role safeguards the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of pension operations while supporting effective decision-making and a positive member experience. **A DAY IN THE LIFE …** + Organize and facilitate Pension Board meetings by managing agendas, invitations, meeting materials, and minutes to ensure effective governance and compliance. + Monitor and track matters arising from Board meetings, ensuring timely completion of actions by the Trust Secretary and other designated owners to support effective governance. + Ensure the Fund’s compliance with statutory and governance requirements by coordinating with external providers, reviewing key submissions, and reporting to Trustees. + Monitor, assess, and report on the performance of external providers to ensure service quality, compliance with agreements, and alignment with Trustees’ expectations. + Maintain and review Fund policies, contracts, and documentation to ensure compliance, accuracy, and accessibility for Trustees, retirees, and stakeholders. + Support the financial management of the Fund by ensuring timely contribution remittances, processing invoices, and preparing pension-related documents in compliance with policies and regulatory requirements. + Act as the primary point of contact for Plan members, ensuring their requests are addressed promptly and accurately while coordinating with external providers and Trustees to implement approved changes. + Support Trustees with specialized projects, market benchmarking, and process enhancements, ensuring alignment with regulatory recommendations, market practices, and company approvals. + Assist the HRBP in planning and executing engagement initiatives for the Commercial and Support Function teams to foster collaboration, motivation, and a positive work environment. **WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL** + B.A. Business Administration or relevant field + Minimum one year of administrative experience + Experience in Finance would be an asset + Must be knowledgeable on Pension in Jamaica
