Our client, an international organization, has an immediate need for a temporary to permanent Pension Customer Service Representative to support their organization!

About the Job:

Handle the processing of pension related documentation.Serve as a point of contact for pensioners and answer questions and inquiries.Maintain database records and ensure it remains up to date.Handle benefit overpayments and collaborate with accountingComplete other requests and duties as assigned.

About You:

Experience with Taft-Hartley Trust Fund is HIGHLY preferred.2+ years administrative or processing experience are required.Exceptional attention to detail with a process-driven mindset.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Experience with pensions or benefits is a plus!

About the Position:

$26/hr-$28/hr, while temporary.Converts to a salary of $34/hr when permanent.Starting early August!Onsite in Rockville, MD.Free parking!
