**Job Title:** Pension and Annuity Specialist **Location:** Rock Tavern **Salary Range:** $55,000 – $60,000 annually **Schedule:** Mon-Fri 7AM-4PM **Job Summary:** We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pension and Annuity Specialist to join our team. This is a unique role requiring a blend of financial, administrative, and client service skills. While prior pension/annuity experience is highly valued, we are willing to provide training for the right candidate who has a strong foundation in accounting and professional experience. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and able to maintain a high level of accuracy while managing sensitive financial information. **Key Responsibilities:** + Process and maintain pension and annuity records in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements + Assist with benefit calculations, eligibility determinations, and payment processing + Provide support in responding to participant inquiries regarding pension and annuity plans + Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate reporting and documentation + Assist with audits, reconciliations, and preparation of pension-related reports + Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with applicable laws and standards + Participate in training and ongoing development to build expertise in pension and annuity administration **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred + 1–3 years of accounting or financial experience required + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills + Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) + Willingness to learn pension and annuity processes through structured training **What We Offer:** + Competitive salary in the $55K–$60K range + Training and development opportunities for career growth + Supportive team environment **Connect** + **Connect Enabled** No **Pay Details:** $55.00 to $60.00 per year Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
