Join the team that keeps Penn State running smoothly! We're looking for a dedicated Cleaner to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our students, faculty, and visitors.

Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize classrooms, offices, restrooms, and common areas.Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces.Dispose of trash, and dust floors and surfaces.Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper.Assist with minor maintenance task and report larger maintenance need.Follow safety procedures and handle cleaning chemicals properly.

Education: No formal education required.

Strong work ethic and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamReliable and punctual with a commitment to excellenceAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical task as neededPrevious janitorial, housekeeping, or custodial experience is a plus but not required
