Responsibilities:
Start up, operate, monitor, and shut down the pellet mill safely
Adjust rollers, die, and machine settings to maintain proper pellet quality and production efficiency
Monitor equipment performance and make necessary operational adjustments during production
Identify and troubleshoot operational issues; communicate mechanical or process concerns to maintenance or management
Maintain consistent production rates while meeting quality standards
Perform routine inspections and basic preventive maintenance tasks
Follow all safety procedures, lockout/tagout requirements, and company policies
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Complete production and operational logs as required
Work overtime as needed to meet production demands

Working hours: Various Shifts Available

Skills:
Prior experience operating manufacturing or industrial equipment required
Pellet mill experience preferred
mechanical aptitude and ability to learn machine adjustments
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during evening shift
Proven, stable work history with consistent employment
pays close attention to safety, quality, and detail
StrongAbility to stand, walk, lift, and work in an industrial environment

High School
