**About the role** We’re looking for a dynamic and results-oriented **Pega Business Analyst** to join our team and lead the delivery of impactful Business Process Management (BPM) solutions using the Pega platform. This role is pivotal in connecting business needs with technical execution—translating complex requirements into streamlined, scalable workflows that drive operational excellence. **In this role, you will:** · Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and validate requirements for Pega-based BPM initiatives · Convert business objectives into detailed functional specifications, use cases, and process models · Collaborate with Pega architects and developers to ensure solutions align with both technical standards and business goals · Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups · Create and maintain comprehensive documentation: BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and test cases **Work model:** Remote We strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $120,000 – 130,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
