Must have skills:

3-5 years of experience with one of the three willing to take on Lead / Scrum responsibilities.Pega v8.4 and up required.  Pega Certifications nice to have.  Will be upgrading to Pega 8.23Oracle PL/SQL required.   Postgres nice to have,  moving from Oracle to Postgresql.  Strong database skills required.AWS – should have some knowledge.   Moving from private cloud to AWS in 2026

Proficient in application development skills for more than one technology as well as multiple design techniquesWorking proficiency in development toolset to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve softwareStrong understanding of Agile methodologies with ability to work in at least one of the common frameworksStrong understanding of techniques such as Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Test Driven Development, Cloud Development, application resiliency and securityProficiency in one or more general purpose programming languagesWorking proficiency in a portion of software engineering disciplines and demonstrates understanding of overall software skills including business analysis, development, testing, deployment, maintenance and improvement of software
