Your future duties and responsibilities:

Pega LSA :

• All the skills listed under CSSA
• Must have experience on at least 2 to 3 end to end project lifecycles starting from designing to deployment as Pega Lead System Architect
• Must have experience in designing application from Scratch, designing situational layer cake & Enterprise class structure and Mapping of Organization structure, Data Modeling best practices
• Must have the experience in Pega applications upgrade

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Must have worked on Pega 8.x versions.
• Must have experience in designing application from Scratch, designing situational layer cake & Enterprise class structure and Mapping of Organization structure, Data Modeling best practices
• Must have experience on Pega API, Integration and JavaScript API, Listeners, Email Channel
• Must have knowledge of Object-oriented development concepts, SSO, Authentication, RBAC, ABAC, CBAC
• Must have the experience in Pega applications upgrade.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for requirement gathering, design thinking sessions.
• Lead development team technically and ensure implementation of Pega best practice.
• Responsible for design, implementation and delivery of user stories as per Pega best practices. Perform code reviews and ensure all compliances with application quality
• Provide thought leadership and work closely with fellow team members and across business and technical project dimensions, solving enterprise-wide complex business requirements and make informed decisions.
• Demonstrate forward thinking around where the business is going and how technology can support these efforts. Integrate new teams into the Pega framework with attention to sharing and re-use.
• Must have good experience in managing diverse stakeholders.
• Build trust relationships with senior level technical and business teams and communicate at all levels of the organization’s enterprise.
• Develop deep knowledge of the capabilities of the Pega Platform and Pega Strategic Applications and champion their use to maximize speed & efficiency.
• Collaborate with architecture team to create and maintain standards for the overall architectural vision that emphasizes a reuse strategy.
• Establish standards and best practices within the workflow & case management space and within the Pega framework.
• Develop, implement, maintain and monitor internal controls and governance for case management workflow.
• Understand the Pega guardrails and promote process designs and best practices that keep teams within those guardrails.
• Govern the overarching Pega support model and provide recommendations for continual improvement of the supporting infrastructure environments.
• Ensure usage of Agile methodologies and DevOps framework
