Perform comprehensive speech language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans, while addressing physical, mental, emotional, and psychosocial needs.Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions across a variety of acute care settings, including PICU/NICU and Pediatric unitPlay a critical collaborative role in communication with physicians, nurses, care managers and other rehabilitation professionals.Provide quality patient and family education and actively contribute to discharge planning.What we are looking for:
Current Montana Speech Language Pathologist license.Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in pediatrics, PICU/NICU specialty area preferred. Independently competent with Pediatric Modified Barium Swallow Studies. Current HS AED CPR certification.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and work independently and as part of a team.Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn new software as needed.Why Logan Health?
