Plum Pediatrics is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join their team in Midland, TX. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive healthcare services to pediatric patients, ensuring high-quality care and positive patient outcomes. Key responsibilities include conducting physical exams and health assessments for pediatric patients, diagnosing, treating, and managing acute and chronic conditions, and educating patients and families on preventive care and wellness strategies. The role also involves collaborating with physicians and healthcare providers to ensure coordinated patient care, maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records, participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes, and staying current on pediatric healthcare advancements and best practices.

Skills and Requirements
Master’s degree in nursing (MSN) with a focus on Pediatrics
Active Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) License in Texas
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of pediatric healthcare.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care in a fast-paced setting. Doctorate of Nurse Practice (DNP) null
