Pediatric Emergency Department Technician
Responsible for rendering technical patient care and assistance to assigned patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. American Heart Association (AHA) Health Care Provider BLS certification required. **Physical Demands** Job requires standing for prolonged periods, frequently bending/stooping/traveling and reaching (overhead, extensive, repetitive). Proficient communicative, auditory and visual skills; Attention to detail and ability to write legibly; Ability to lift/push/pull > 100lbs. May be exposed to fumes, chemicals, humidity, cold, heat, radiation, outdoor climate, blood/body fluids, infectious disease, noise and dust. **Compensation** + The pay rate for this role starts at $16.00 per hour/annually. New hire compensation will be determined by previous work experience and/or education. **Onboarding Requirements** **Background checks and pre-employment health screenings** will be conducted on all new hires prior to employment.
