Familiar with Automotive Quality Requirement, APQP, PPAP process. 2. Lead Potential Supplier Audit, follow VDA6.3 process to qualify the supplier. Follow the supplier preventive and corrective actions. 3. Follow Raw Material or ODM problem solving and claim delivery from OEM to supplier, review FTA report and 8D report. 4. In charge of Quality Agreement with supplier, to guarantee the CSR and Claim clause are hand over to supplier. 5. Excellence experience on FMEA, SPC, MSA, CP, well understanding on VDA6.5 product audit and layered process audit. 6. Check supplier daily performance, from sample, OTS sample to Mass-production, including logistic, quality, volume,… 7. Approve the supplier PPAP files, release PSW and chasing the supplier change. Implement change management on supplier side. 8. Oversee End-to-End (E2E) Quality Management: Manage the full lifecycle of ME component quality, from product New Product Introduction (NPI) through End-of-Life (EOL), ensuring alignment with quality standards and business objectives. 9. Supplier Evaluation & Onboarding: Collaborate closely with ME R&D and Sourcing teams to conduct rigorous supplier assessments, supporting the selection, evaluation, and strategic onboarding of new suppliers to enhance supply chain resilience. 10. Component Qualification & Risk Mitigation: Partner with ME component suppliers and cross-functional internal teams (e.g., R&D, Sourcing) to drive new component qualification processes(be faimiar with FAI, CPK, part and phone level test standard, ME E2E material process control point. etc). Implement comprehensive risk assessment and mitigation strategies, and develop supplier process/quality control methodologies to enable seamless transition to mass production. 11. Quality Problem Resolution: Lead end-to-end quality issue resolution, including thorough failure analysis, Drill deep on root cause investigation and validation, Drill wide on Corrective Action Preventive Action(CAPA) implementation. 12. Manufacturing Yield Enhancement: Drive yield improvement initiatives across both early development stages and full-scale mass production, optimizing process stability and reducing defects. 13. Quality System Audits & Improvement: Execute quality system audits, technical assessments, and process audits to identify risks and drive continuous improvement, ensuring compliance with industry standards and Lenovo quality requirements. 14. Supplier Quality Excellence: Proactively engage suppliers to foster continuous quality system enhancements, aligning their capabilities with evolving product requirements and organizational quality goals. 15. KPI maintainence, including Y/R, LAR, VLRR, PYSR, PTCRR, to make sure all the facter can meet target requirement, and finally to fuiifill delivery requirememt.
Job Requirements 1. Bachelor’s degree in electronic or automotive, etc · 2. Over 5 years’ service experience for Supplier Quality relative jobs in Automotive suppliers. 3. Interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers, suppliers and internal team. Familiar to IATF16949 standard and OEM customer quality system. Familiar with VW CSR is a must.4. Be familiar with supply chain related activities. Such as manufacturing, SMT, Assembly, IE, Testing, NPI and Quality (at least 3 of the above experience are needed). SMT is preferred.5. Good experience and knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, and good statistical knowledge with analytical and problem-solving skills. GB or BB are preferred. 6. Good risk-evaluator and decision-maker in dynamic environments. 7. Good leadership and interpersonal skills, strong collaboration and influencing skills. 8. Be fluent in both spoken and written English. 9. Be responsible, liable, honest and transparent.
