**Job Summary** Join our dynamic team as a PE-Maps specialist where you will leverage your English communication skills to enhance customer support experiences. This entry-level role offers an opportunity to work from our office during day shifts with no travel required. Your proficiency in Bahasa will be an asset in providing exceptional service and support to our diverse clientele. **Responsibilities** + Provide exceptional customer support by effectively communicating in English to resolve inquiries and issues. + Utilize Bahasa language skills to assist Indonesian-speaking clients ensuring clear and accurate communication. + Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction. + Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. + Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements to processes and services. + Assist in the development and implementation of customer support strategies to optimize efficiency. + Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices. + Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing insights and supporting colleagues. + Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism aiming for swift resolution. + Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all customer interactions. + Support the team in achieving key performance indicators and service level agreements. + Engage in continuous learning to enhance language proficiency and technical skills. + Provide feedback to management on potential improvements to customer support operations. **Qualifications** + Demonstrate strong English communication skills both verbal and written to effectively interact with clients. + Possess novice-level proficiency in Bahasa with the ability to read write and speak the language. + Exhibit a customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service. + Show adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and technologies. + Have a basic understanding of customer support principles and practices. + Display strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. + Be a team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. **Certifications Required** Customer Service Excellence Certification Novice-level proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia with the ability to read write and speak the language.
