What this job involves: 

The Partnering & Procurement Head will execute the strategic vision for Project and Development Services (PDS) Asia Pacific. This position will drive procurement excellence to deliver goals for both JLL and its clients all while aligning PDS Asia Pacific with organizational objectives and maximizing efficiency throughout the region. 

What your day-to-day will look like: 

Develop and govern the procurement processes including methodologies, templates and policies 

Accelerate digital adoption across the sourcing ecosystem 

Execute regional procurement strategy with measurable outcomes  

Lead partnering initiatives including direct sourcing engagements 

Establish and achieve upstream and downstream objectives 

Represent APAC  in global initiatives and lead regional implementation  

Collaborating with various platform owners to ensure alignment and consistency 

Required Skills and Experience: 

Proven experience in procurement leadership roles  

Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders across multiple levels 

Strong understanding of procurement best practices and methodologies 

Strong knowledge of procurement systems and digital procurement tools 

Excellent communication and negotiation skills 

Client relationship management skills
