Responsibilities: + Lead CORE & Overall Continuous Improvement activities at the Product Delivery Center (PDC) that drive tangible action and metric improvements across all product lines of the business + Collect, standardize, report, and automate where possible, PDC level, product level, and flow line level KPI metrics and utilize that data to identify areas that require improvement plans + Assess, establish and execute improvement plans for KPI metrics, CORE maturity level, Standard Production System (SPS), OpX/WAVE, Industry 4.0, and other P&W and RTX initiatives. + Plan and lead business level CORE events such as adhoc & quarterly CORE Leadership Weeks, drive follow up actions, and provide regular report outs to leadership team + Ensure robust process execution by creating & ensuring continual improvements of PFMEA’s across product lines in support of MRL and other product execution readiness activities. + Establish & oversee CORE proficiency growth of the PDC employee population working in collaboration with Black Belt & Red-X Specialists to leverage PDC activities for broad employee skill growth. + Support PDC business process audit preparations and follow up activities **Qualifications You Must Have:** + Bachelor’s Degree minimum 10+ years’ prior relevant experience or 7+ years’ prior relevant experience with an Advanced Degree. + Minimal, infrequent travel may be required as needed. + CORE Apprentice Certification or 3 or more years of working experience in lean, continuous improvement, or operations. + US Citizenship required due to government contracts. **Qualifications We Prefer:** + CORE Professional Certification, Green Belt or Black Belt Certification, or similar. + Excellent problem solving and analytical skills. + Proven ability to work with, coach, motivate, and influence others. **Learn More & Apply Now** In addition to transforming the future of flight, we are also transforming how and where we work. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
