This team delivers high-quality medical devices, technical services, and effective commercial strategies across global markets, advancing our mission to improve patient lives. Join our passionate team and help shape healthcare worldwide!Responsibility: Your Responsibilities:Provide clinical support to our customers, client/patient training and sales supportAccess the clinical outcome & patient compliances by following up patients’ status & performing patient home visitsPay attention to details to identify trends in patient symptoms to help diagnose difficult conditionsHandle routine admin work for keeping record of patient status/ follow upHandle ad-hoc assignments as assignedCandidate’s profile:Your Profile:Enrolled/ Registered Nurse of Nursing Council of Hong Kong with a valid Practicing CertificateMinimum of 3 years experience of nephrology dialysis experience with Renal Certificate is highly preferred;Minimum 1 year experience in Peritoneal Dialysis is strong preferredExposure to work in international business environment would be a bonusStrong communication skills, with an ability to change from medical jargon to common dialogue between medical professionals and patientsProficient at using MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)Good command of both written and spoken English and ChineseImmediate available is preferrable
