What does the PCT role entail?

3-4 days a week, rotating Saturdays (Sundays off!)10-12 hour shifts (no late night or overnight shifts)Shift times between 4:00am-7:00pmNO prior medical or dialysis experience required- we will train you!Responsibilities: provide care for patients on dialysis treatment in clinic setting. *Please note you will be expected to work around blood and with needles- included in hands-on training*Work with alongside a team of dedicated healthcare professionals and deliver quality care and build lasting relationships with patients12 weeks of full-time paid training + nationally recognized dialysis technician certification/licensure provided at no cost to teammates

What does a successful PCT look like?

High School Diploma (HSD) or GED requiredPassionate about patient care and working hands-on in the healthcare fieldTeam player, strong multi-tasking skills, ability to work in fast-paced environmentFlexibility and availability to work early mornings, evenings, and SaturdaysMedical experience a plus but NOT required. i.e. hemodialysis certification (CCHT), nursing assistant (CNA), medical assistant (MA/CMA), phlebotomist (CPT)Eager to learn and grow!
