Team Background

The U.S. Deloitte Pursuit Center of Excellence (PCOE) team is dedicated to the success of the firm’s sales efforts as they are defined by Deloitte leadership. The team supports sales success by driving continuous improvement in sales effectiveness. Value is delivered through challenging and improving the sales process to free the client service team to focus on the client problem and our solution. The PCOE First Draft Team works seamlessly with the PCOE to provide first draft responses to requests for proposals and also provides this service to other client service teams throughout Deloitte.

The Pursuits Content Hub is a subset of the First Draft team, supporting the content needs of this team and enabling all Deloitte pursuit teams to win more by making the latest and best content available so that pursuit teams can focus on the elements of the pursuit that are most important to the client.

The U.S. PCOE First Draft Team is looking to fill a Consultant-level Content Support Specialist position. Since this is a virtual role, the individual hired could be based out of any U.S. Deloitte office location. Because of frequent interaction with team counterparts in India, ability to collaborate with them across time zones is important.

Work You’ll Do:

As a member of the U.S. First Draft Content Hub team, you will be responsible for helping to maintain the PCOE’s pursuit content repositories. You will be responsible for managing, organizing, and analyzing company content across various platforms for use by pursuit teams and GenAI. The ideal candidate will have strong writing, communication, and project management skills.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Work with assets in our existing repositories (Qvidian/Responsive, Adobe DAM/AEM, Teams, and other repositories) to keep them maintained and updatedReview, edit, format, catalogue, and upload content into our repositoriesEnsure that all content is SEO-optimized, correctly tagged, and adheres to firm standardsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to create and maintain content repositoriesWork with subject matter experts to review and improve existing contentPeriodically curate and update content to ensure data is currentWork to further our GenAI and RFP automation goals for first draft proposalsBe committed to continuous improvement as we grow and enhance our support modelUtilize data analysis tools to assess content performance, identify needs, and provide actionable insightsSupport content tool reporting needs

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, communications, humanities, liberal arts, or related disciplines with a desired 1-5 years of relevant experienceStrong English language verbal and written communication skillsExceptional writing and copyediting skills with an acute attention to detailExperienced with MS Office, with particular focus on editing and formatting in MS Word and PPT a plusProfessional Services sales, pursuit, or proposal development experience a plusUnderstanding of the service offerings within DeloitteAnalytical thinker committed to continuous improvementAbility to learn and adapt to new technologies and solutionsFlexible and adaptable to changeStrong work ethicProactive, self-motivated, and demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidanceStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work successfully in a teamAbility and desire to work in a fast-paced working environmentExperience with Responsive and/or other proposal automation tools is highly preferredProficiency in content management systems and data analysis tools is a plusConsulting or Content Management background is a plusMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $63,000 to $116,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
