Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Project Control Officer to join a leading retailer on a contract basis. The PCO will be responsible to assists the IT business relationship management team to manage Project Tracking & Reporting, and assists in the preparation, presentation and reporting of IT’s overall Business Value Metric’s. You will perform various coordinating tasks, like maintaining and updating industry standard project templates. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver results on deadlines.

Skills and Requirements
· Highly Proficient Software Skills required: Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Power BI, Jira/Confluence
· Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal · Strong organizational and project management skills
· Works well juggling multiple deadlines without sacrificing attention to detail
· Ability to work as a team player
· An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
· Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
· Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
· BSc in Business Administration or related field
· 5+ years experience in project coordination, project management, marketing management or related position
· Completion of post-secondary education in business or related field
