PCMM Technician
Job Description The PCMM Technician will be responsible for inspecting large scale parts at various stages of machining from first piece to final inspection utilizing Romer arms, Laser trackers, or scanners as well as any manual layout. Examples of parts are weldments, integrated assemblies, tooling etc. Other responsibilities include documenting non-conforming material as required, providing concise feedback to machinists and engineers based of data collection, and maintain all measurement equipment. Skills and Requirements Proficient in GD&T per ASMEY14.5-2009 3+ years of experience using Romer Arm, lasers, scanners (handheld or bluelight) or CMM Proficient with micrometers, calipers, intra micrometers, or optical comparator High School Diploma Eligible for Secret Clearance Active Secret Clearance
