PCM Manager Bakery CEE

Job Description

We're looking for a PCM Manager to lead projects from CEE Bakery portfolio in Warsaw Hub. You will independently drive projects, taking full ownership for successful end-to-end project management, including budget and schedule creation, ensuring quality, thorough testing and operational readiness.

Your responsibilities

Drive consistency and quality in the execution of projects using the appropriate methodology and toolsIdentify, assess, and mitigate project-level risks and escalate them to global leads and/ or the program manager when neededProvide project reporting and status updates using scorecards, status reports and monthly review meetings and leading stakeholder meetingsLead budget management, resource planning and utilizationConfirm the completion and consistency of projects and their readiness to go liveOwn the relationship with the external vendors including quality assurance in all phases of project deliverEnsuring that project scopes and timing take into consideration minimizing waste (raw, pack write-offs) and unwanted complexity (utilizing existing asset platforms, SKU proliferation) to the business system Initiation of finished goods Master data setup and communicate completed information to all stakeholders so all systems can be properly set up to produce, ship, sell and invoice our products

Our requirements

Proven experience in project management methodology.Ability to demonstrate strong meetings management, advanced facilitation and communication skills across a broad range of stakeholdersExcellent project planning and proactiveness in identifying risks and mitigations and managing strict timelines.Strong focus on cost, schedule and quality of project delivery.Knowledge of relevant business processes and related technology solutions.Stakeholder management and ability to influence positively in decision making.Proven ability in building effective teams across internal and external partners.Foster relationships and collaboration within the project team, overseeing the quality and timeliness of their work.
