We are seeking a dedicated and experienced PCG AP Key Account Manager to join our team. This role is critical in managing and nurturing key accounts within the PCG Asia-Pacific region, ensuring strong relationships and strategic partnerships are maintained to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and objectives. Strategically manage key accounts to maximize revenue opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and support teams to align strategies and provide seamless service to clients. Regularly analyze market trends and competitor activities within the Asia-Pacific region to identify potential growth opportunities. Prepare and present account plans, forecasts, and reports to senior management, demonstrating progress and strategic initiatives. Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms while fostering sustainable partnerships. Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations, ensuring prompt resolution of any issues that affect the client's experience.Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in key account management, preferably within the PCG (Performance Coating) industry or related sectors. Strong understanding of the Asia-Pacific market dynamics and cultural nuances affecting business relationships. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate insights into actionable plans. Strong negotiation skills with a goal-oriented approach to achieving business targets. Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and prioritize tasks efficiently. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite#LI-DW1
