PCBA Test Technician (Electrical Tech)

Summary: Seeking a Test Technician to perform testing, debugging, and repair of PCBAs, ensuring performance and reliability for production and inventory.

Requirements:

Perform thorough testing, debugging, and repairing of PCBAs to ensure optimal performance and reliability for customer use and inventory replenishment

Conduct component-level troubleshooting and calibration/verification on complex circuits

Maintain a safe and organized test lab environment

Preferred Skills:

Strong proficiency with component-level troubleshooting techniques

Familiarity with calibration and verification procedures for electronic assemblies

Knowledge of complex circuit analysis and repair

Responsibilities:

Execute test procedures on PCBAs to validate functionality and quality

Identify, diagnose, and resolve failures through component-level troubleshooting

Document test results, repairs, and calibration activities for quality tracking

Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and resolve recurring issues

Assist in maintaining lab equipment, tools, and safety protocols



Pay Details: $25.00 to $40.00 per hour
