THIS IS WHAT YOU"LL NEED: Minimum of 3-5 years recent relevant hands-on experience Basic understanding of ESD and clean room requirements per ISO standards. Familiarity with basic shop fabrication and assembly tools Strong analytical skills with the ability to work under pressure and very tight timelines. Proficient with Microsoft office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, Visio. Acceptable visual acuity and eye-hand coordination Ability to review and interpret technical data packages for electronic assemblies. Physical Demands: Employee may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time, reach with hand and arm, and talk or hear. Knowledge of PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) to this includes: o Troubleshooting circuit o Inspection of PCBA per IPC 610 standards o Remove and apply conformal coating. o Cut trace, solder components, and add jumper wires per DCN. o BCPA fabricating process from making of bare board to board population. Preferred Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with all company departments and customers. knowledge of supply chain processes and procedures including manufacturing planning, MRP, KanBan, and Just-in-Time (JIT). Knowledge of mechanical drawings and Electrical schematics. Knowledge or experience in product prototype or high-volume production builds and working with technicians/assemblers. Knowledge or experience in creating work instructions, rework process, and developing production intent processes. Ability to work independently and manage several challenging projects simultaneously. Knowledge of GD&T per ASME Y14.5. Always maintains a positive and proactive attitude.
