Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a full-time PCBA Process Engineer located in Walker, Michigan.

The PCBA Process Engineer leads the development and launch of new SMT/PCBA manufacturing lines, supporting NPI and future capacity expansion; Its main focus is the development of a new SMT line.

What a typical day looks likeLead development and launch of new SMT/PCBA linesDefine processes, layouts, and equipment selectionSupport NPI and line ramp-up activitiesEstablish process controls and documentationTrain production teams during new line introductionsThe experience we’re looking to add to our team,Bachelor’s degree in Engineering2+ years of PCBA or electronics manufacturing experienceStrong experience with SMT line design and NPIExperience with reflow, placement, inspection, automationExcellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal and organizational skills.
