Job Description
Insight Global is currently hiring for a Service Technician role, where the technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and servicing returned products by identifying problems, researching issues, isolating faults, and completing resolutions. This hands-on position is part of the Manufacturing team within Operations & Supply Chain and reports to the Production Manager. Key duties include testing and troubleshooting board failures, interpreting schematics and work orders, documenting test results, and using the ERP system for tracking. The technician will also provide detailed failure descriptions, follow quality standards, identify root causes, suggest process improvements, and escalate issues when necessary. Additional responsibilities include repairing wiring and equipment to code, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and adhering to safety procedures and regulations.

Skills and Requirements
- 3+ Years of experience as an electronics technician in a manufacturing test enviornment
- 1+ year of experience operating hand tools
- Excellent Soldering skills
- Strong technical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues when needed
High School Diploma, Electronics certification from accredited two year technical or four year engineering school - Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and various forms of instrumentation
- Ability to life 30+ lbs at a time
Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics null
