PCB Process Manufacturing Lead

Summary: Seeking a PCB Process Manufacturing Lead/Manager with expertise in PCB assembly and leadership experience to oversee the development of ruggedized PCB designs.

Requirements:

BS degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar field Hands-on experience in PCB assembly Experience leading PCB layout efforts and applying root cause analysis techniques such as the 5 Whys, 8D, and Lean Six Sigma

Preferred Skills:

Experience in microelectronics packaging processes Understanding of wirebond, die bond, solder reflow, flip chip, SMT, wafer processing Experience ensuring boards meet MIL ruggedization standards

Responsibilities:

Oversee the development of new ruggedized PCB designs Manage engineers and provide technical insight to ensure customer standards and specifications are met Coordinate with outside vendors regarding BOM changes, specifications, timeframes

Pay Details: $42.00 to $57.00 per hour
