Job DescriptionPCB Layout Design for electronic control units of automotive and non-automotive products负责汽车/非汽车类产品电子控制单元的PCB布局布线设计PCB Layout to fulfill Mechanical, HW, EMC, NoTi and Production process technical requirementsPCB布局布线设计满足机械、硬件、EMC、散热和生产工艺技术要求Organize layout review together with Mechanical, HW, EMC, NoTi and Manufacture engineers to ensure layout quality组织机械、硬件、EMC、散热设计、生产工艺工程师进行Layout检查、审核以确保Layout质量Be responsible for layout concept study for new products together with SE-Team与项目组一起，负责新产品的layout概念设计Estimate layout effort and lead time, make time schedule for layout project评估layout项目的时间和成本，规划layout项目计划Closely cooperate with international development teams与国际开发团队密切合作

QualificationsBachelor or Master Degree in Electronics or equivalent Engineering本科或硕士学历，电子或相关专业Knowledge of digital / analog circuits, EMC, and thermal熟悉数字电路, 模拟电路，具备 EMC，散热设计相关知识Knowledge of PCB / PCBA manufacture artwork and process具备 PCB/PCBA 生产工艺、过程的相关知识Experience in layout design for automotive parts is appreciated具有汽车零部件 PCB 设计经验的优先考虑 Experience in EDA software, like Zuken, Altium Designer, Cadence, etc..熟练使用 EDA 设计软件，比如 Zuken, Altium Designer, Cadence 等 Self motivated, high flexibility, excellent communication skills and team spirit积极主动灵活，优秀的沟通能力和团队合作精神 English written and verbal, willingness to work and interact in international teams英语听说读写流利,积极融入并在国际化的团队中发挥作用
