Design and develop PCB layouts for complex electronic circuits, including analog, digital and mixed-signal boards. • Collaborate with hardware engineers to understand schematic flow and translate circuit diagrams into optimized PCB designs. • Apply EMI/EMC design guidelines, signal integrity principles, and thermal management techniques. • Perform basic hardware design and functional testing to validate PCB functionality and support prototype builds. • Work with cross-functional teams including mechanical engineers to ensure design compatibility and integration. • Conduct DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and DFT (Design for Test) checks to ensure manufacturability and reliability. • Generate and review Gerber files, fabrication drawings, and assembly documentation. • Support prototype builds and resolves layout-related issues during testing and validation. **Requisition ID** : 25030281 Emerson is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
