Our Opening and Your ResponsibilitiesJoin Troemner’s Engineering team to design, develop, and maintain electromechanical laboratory instruments. Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Product Management, and Production to deliver quality solutions.
Responsibilities: Design and create the layouts for circuit boards. Knowledge of PCA/PCBA, BLDC, and heating devices is required. Create and review electrical designs, drawings, and BOMs. Maintain design templates and ensure smooth hand-over to production. Troubleshoot and resolve design issues. Collaborate across departments to meet customer and safety requirements. Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement.What You Need to SucceedBachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or related field. Minimum 3-5 years’ relevant experience in PCB/PCBA design. Skilled with CAD (ideally Mentor Graphics), Microsoft Office, and test equipment.
