Job Description

We are seeking a skilled PCB Assembler to join our team. The role involves performing box build assemblies using visual aids and work instructions. The candidate will be responsible for mechanical and electronic assembly operations, including the installation of wire harnesses, cable assemblies, and other electronic components. The position offers various shifts with differential pay for swing and grave shifts.

ResponsibilitiesPerform box build assemblies using visual aids and work instructions.Conduct mechanical assembly operations using standard measuring tools and techniques.Perform electronic assembly operations such as installation of wire harnesses and cable assemblies.Set up and use tools and equipment in the box build area.Escalate quality issues to the leader.Maintain 5S discipline in the working area and adhere to ISO 9001 and IPC-610 standards.Essential SkillsExperience in assembly, PCB, box build, and cable assembly.Proficiency in blue print reading, cabling, surface mount, and PCB assembly.Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a mechanical operator in an electronics manufacturing environment.Attention to detail.Ability to work autonomously.Strong sense of responsibility.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with ISO 9001 and IPC-610 standards.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
