PC Refresh Technician
Job Description We are seeking a PC Refresh Technician (Tier 1/2) to support enterprise‑level hardware refresh initiatives while delivering a high‑touch, white‑glove experience to end users. This role is responsible for the deployment, replacement, configuration, and support of end‑user computing devices, ensuring minimal disruption and an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is customer‑focused, technically capable, and comfortable working directly with users in a professional environment, including executives and VIP stakeholders. Skills and Requirements 1–3+ years of experience in desktop support, PC refresh, deployment, or help desk support Experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments Strong understanding of PC hardware, imaging, and end‑user device configuration Familiarity with Active Directory (password resets, basic account/device management) Experience with ticketing systems and IT documentation Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to deliver a white‑glove experience in a professional or corporate environment Ability to lift and move computer equipment as needed
