Main Responsibilities :
You will be accountable for the Modern Trade Direct Account
End-to-End Planning : Oversee the full planning cycle from demand forecasting to execution, including S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning), NPDs (New Product Developments), and activity planning.
Commercial Plan Delivery : Act as the internal engine that enables the Customer Development (CD) & Finance team to execute the commercial plan effectively.
Category Growth Management : Drive renovation, innovation, and activation pipelines aligned with category strategies.
Performance Monitoring : Track KPIs, manage budgets, and lead business reviews to ensure targets are met.
