PC-DMIS CMM Programmer/Operator

PDS Tech Commercial, a Military Friendly® Employer is seeking a highly skilled PC-DMIS CMM Programmer/Operator to support Quality Control Inspection activities at a leading aerospace facility. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where precision and expertise drive product excellence and safety.

Summary
As a PC-DMIS CMM Programmer/Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that complex components meet exacting specifications. You’ll program and operate Hexagon 7.10.7 SF CMM equipment, inspect intricate surface profiles, and contribute to continuous quality improvement efforts.
Key Responsibilities

Program and operate CMMs using PC-DMIS software

Perform inspections on complex surface profiles using vector points (without solid models)

Write robust, detailed programs and train machinists to execute them

Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T specifications

Use hand measuring tools and perform raw material and part testing

Record, audit, and analyze quality control data

Recommend and implement process improvements

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of inspection experience

Proficiency in PC-DMIS CMM programming

Strong understanding of GD&T and technical drawings

Skilled in using hand measuring tools

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs

High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

Experience programming complex surface profiles without solid models

Ability to write clear, executable instructions and train others

Familiarity with aerospace quality systems and labeling requirements

Shifts: 1 Shift 6am-2:30pm

Pay Details: $40.00 per hour
