岗位职责:

1. 根据消费类PC类产品（包含但不限于消费笔记本，消费台式电脑，消费一体机，消费mini主机及消费平板等产品）的硬件服务交付需求，根据产品经理制定的产品方案和上市计划，确定和跟踪硬件产品上市所应具备的服务准备方案，确保硬件产品在上市时，所有服务交付准备方案就绪。

2. 根据产品交付服务标准，定义交付细节和交付流程，确保产品的可服务性在各个交付平台（包括维修，备件准备，技术资料，呼叫中心，系统平台）的服务交付体验。

3. 了解掌握业界服务交付模式，端到端把控产品最佳的设计流程。

4. 对于服务产品流程出现问题及时解决，并及时总结业务问题和规律，提出系统性的长期解决方案，避免同样问题再次发生。

5. 对所负责产品相应交付过程中发生的成本项和费用进行控制，并能在过程中不断优化，提升交付效率不断降低运作成本。

岗位要求：

1. 有项目管理经验者优先，对项目管理的要求和工作方式熟悉；

2. 有业务系统流程设计经验；

3. 做过服务交付类工作的流程模式设计工作，有过PC类产品的服务交付支持经验；

4. 逻辑思维能力强，能够在业务变化时对服务流程影响具备敏感度。
