Promptly answers all incomingcallsandassistsin placing out-going calls.** ***2. Responds to code phone, code computer or wall panel alarms which takes priority over any calls except the fire alarm and making sure that appropriate personnel are notified.** ***3. Monitors fire panel alarms, wall alarms, code phone and code computer where applicable, contacting the fire department and other appropriate personnel when needed.** ***4. Pages on web based paging system and switch board for authorized personnel, physicians and emergency calls.** **5. Places long distance and Watts Line Calls for various departments and doctors' offices.** ***6.Assistspatientsby advising how to place local andlong distancecalls.** **7.Answers patientinformation calls whenever necessary.** ***8.Documentsvital information toassistsupervisor inmaintainingcurrent fileswiththedaily PBX operations.** **9. Overhead pageappropriate personnelas needed.** **10.
