PBX Operator
Fast-paced, high-volume clinic looking for a top skilled PBX Operator
Work location: 1325 Pennsylvania Avenue Fort Worth, Texas 76104 & remote work
Work hours: Full-time (Nights) – Wednesday from 6:00 pm to 1:30 am, Thursday and Friday from 7:00 pm to 5:30 am, Saturday from 4:00 pm to 5:30 am.

What You Need:
High School Diploma or equivalent REQUIRED 1 Year Experience as a Dispatcher, Communication Specialist, Customer Service Representative or similar position in a communication or dispatch center REQUIRED 2 years experience preferred Hospital experience preferred
Skills:
· Be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, while performing a variety of tasks. Intermediate computer skills. Ability to multi-task. Strong customer service skills. Ability to work under pressure and during emergency situations while reacting quickly to unexpected situations and/or emergencies
What You Will Do:
· Answer incoming calls to the hospital switchboard in a timely manner, directing calls to the correct location or assisting with needed phone numbers
· Transfer calls to appropriate departments for problem resolution as needed
· Implements medical emergency codes via pagers, overhead paging, cell phones, etc.
· Overhead pages to locate physicians and relay approved information to employees and visitors
· Codes & Alarms
