We are hiring a Finish Grinding Operator (Level 3) in Gardena, CA

As a Finish Grinding Operator, you will:

Independently operate centerless grinding equipment (manual, CNC, or auto-fed) Perform intermediate setups, including hand-dressing of grinding wheels Read blueprints and grinding sketches to determine correct specs and tooling Verify part quality using micrometers, calipers, comparators, and other gauges Log all part activity, coordinate with lead/supervisor as needed Follow standard operating procedures to ensure quality, safety, and productivity Identify and verify all part and traveler documentation prior to grinding Complete jobs with minimal supervision, following all safety guidelines

This is a full-time opportunity with the following schedule:

1st Shift: 5:00 AM or 3:30 PM start time
Schedule: Monday – Friday, with potential for Saturday overtime

The ideal candidate will have:

3–5 years of experience with centerless grinding in a manufacturing environment Experience with Cincinnati grinders preferred Ability to read blueprints, work orders, and job travelers Strong knowledge of inspection tools and machine operations High school diploma or GED preferred

Pay Rate: $22–$28/hr
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
