SUMMARY:
As a SAP Payroll Technical Implementation Manager you’ll act as a liaison between the implementation team and the clients to better understand their business needs. Act as a mentor or trainer for partners. Prepare functional specifications, including details on design and configuration.
ROLES:
Configure payroll´s process and design its required integration. Develop payroll rules and schemas according to the requirements. Collaborate to solve the problems reported on implementation´s list of technical requirements. Create technical and functional specifications to global technical teams considering integrations, reports and interfaces. Collaborate to implement the local templates up to date with local regulations into the LATAM Clients. Knowledge about SAP Payroll localizations for LATAM Countries such as Argentina, Brazil and/or Colombia payroll. Provide clients with status of implementations. Support to organize the required project´s documentation. Provide orientation to Clients related to technical and service design. Meet with clients whenever required. Apply relevant country-specific functional knowledge to potentialize the service focused on the client. Conduct and/or lead unitary tests. Collaborate to enhance documentation applied across the LATAM implementations.
REQUIREMENTS:
Larger experience in SAP HCM implementations related to LATAM Countries such as Argentina, Brazil and/or Colombia payroll (PY) Complete college degree Advanced English-speaking skills Advanced Spanish-speaking skills
