We are looking for a highly skilled Payroll Tax Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in payroll tax compliance, reporting, and reconciliation across multiple states. This role is critical in ensuring accuracy in payroll tax filings, maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and supporting audits and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
+ Prepare, review, and file all federal, state, and local payroll tax reports including Forms 941, 990, 1094/1095, and related year-end filings.
+ Managed all employment tax payments and tax filings for assigned FEIN tax companies based on federal, state and local tax payment and tax filing schedules.
+ Research, resolve, and respond to payroll tax notices and inquiries.
+ Process and reconcile payroll-related deductions
+ Support weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly payroll cycles including off-cycle and interim payroll runs as needed.
+ Administer and monitor compliance for garnishments, liens, and wage attachments.
+ Assist with payroll tax audits and ensure proper documentation and compliance reporting.
+ Partner with HR, Finance, and external vendors to ensure payroll tax accuracy and compliance.
Qualifications
+ Strong knowledge of federal and multi-state payroll tax laws and regulations.
+ Experience with ADP and ADP Workforce Now is plus.
+ Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
+ Proven experience reconciling payroll taxes and employee benefit deductions.
+ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
+ Strong communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams and external agencies.
Working Conditions:
+ Typical work schedule is Monday - Friday from 9:00AM - 6:00 PM
+ Fast-paced environment is typical of the quick service restaurant industry.
+ May require occasional overtime during peak periods.
+ Office-based role with minimal potential for remote work flexibility.
