Kforce has a client that is seeking a Payroll Tax Consultant in Jacksonville, FL. Day to Day Responsibilities: * Payroll Tax Consultant will perform quarterly and year-end payroll reconciliations * Oversee W-2 printing, validation, and reporting compliance * Provide expertise in payroll tax compliance and regulatory requirements * Extract, analyze, and organize payroll tax data from ADP Workforce Now * Partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure accuracy of payroll tax filings * As a Payroll Tax Consultant, you will create and maintain Excel-based reports, models, and reconciliations to support compliance and audits * Advise on payroll tax issues, ensuring accuracy and adherence to federal, state, and local tax regulations
