Payroll Support Consultant
Position Description:

Job Summary
The Consultant – Junior Consultant (Payroll Support Team) will function as the first point of contact for any payroll-related issues, concerns or cases raised by the members and/or managers using HR Service Center tool and other means in partnership with GBS Teams, Payroll Teams and Vendors
 
Job Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities as Consultant – Junior Consultant are as follows:
Key Responsibilities

. Function as the First point of contact for payroll-related cases raised by the members and/or managers by case submission.
. Analyze payroll-related cases and determine proper steps for resolution.
. Partner with CGI payroll team(s) when needed to resolve cases.
. Appropriately categorize, prioritize, assign and escalate cases to ensure service levels are met.
. Prepare and deliver payroll-related variable data to CGI Payroll team per standard processes.
. Provide a positive image of CGI through his/her role.
. Deliver GBS services on the assigned agreed processes to CGI members around the world.
. Participate in all assigned GBS projects and activities ensuring successful performance with GBS Management.
. Ensure that set objectives are met as defined on the agreed performance metrics.
. Gather relevant detailed information regarding the queries.
. Provide support to the Manager, Operation Leads and Senior Consultants on investigating service delivery issues.
. Ensure that appropriate measures are taken to preserve member data confidentiality, and integrity in accordance with security policies.
. Maintain adherence to all company policies and procedures.
. Assume ownership of personal development and inform GBS Management of perceived gaps.
. Attend, participate and pass all scheduled and requested training events and assessments required to update/broaden knowledge relevant to the role.
