Payroll Supervisor/Manager/Director
Description We are looking for an experienced Payroll and Benefits Manager to lead and enhance our global payroll operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to establish and oversee payroll functions across multiple countries, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency. Reporting directly to the Head of HR, you will collaborate with senior leaders to optimize reward structures and advance our global people operations in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Manage and oversee payroll operations across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local tax and regulatory requirements. • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to align payroll processes with compensation structures and organizational goals. • Administer and optimize global employee benefits programs to maintain competitiveness and compliance. • Implement technology solutions and drive automation initiatives to streamline payroll workflows and improve accuracy. • Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on payroll best practices and global reward structures. • Monitor and ensure adherence to international payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance standards. • Lead process improvement efforts to enhance efficiency and scalability of payroll operations. • Conduct regular reviews of payroll systems and recommend upgrades or enhancements as needed. • Partner with business leaders to address payroll-related challenges and support organizational growth. • Stay updated on global regulatory changes and ensure timely implementation of necessary updates. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Human Resources. • Payroll certification is required. • Strong expertise in international payroll processes, compliance, and taxation across multiple countries. • Advanced proficiency in Excel and payroll systems such as ADP Workforce Now. • Demonstrated experience managing payroll for over 500 employees, including multi-state and bi-monthly payroll. • Proven ability to drive process improvements and implement technology-driven payroll solutions. • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to navigate complex, ambiguous environments. • Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
