Description
We are looking for a skilled Payroll Supervisor/Manager/Director to oversee and optimize payroll operations for a large and diverse workforce. This role requires expertise in managing full-cycle payroll processes across multiple states and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will bring experience with high-volume payroll and proficiency in payroll systems such as ADP Workforce Now.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and execute full-cycle payroll operations for over 500 employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee multi-state payroll processes, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Administer bi-monthly and weekly payroll schedules with precision and efficiency.
• Utilize payroll systems such as ADP Workforce Now to streamline payroll management.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to address payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor and audit payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational policies.
• Develop and implement improvements to payroll procedures for enhanced efficiency.
• Stay updated on changes to payroll laws and regulations, applying them to processes as needed.
• Provide leadership and guidance to payroll staff, fostering growth and development.
Salary: 85000
