Job Description: **Job Overview** Manage SEA payroll operations (Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines, Singapore) and related payroll related program. Support Country HR/HRBP to develop site pay policy/procedures. Improve Payroll processes and practices through everyday TEOA including but not limited to BPI, technical solutions, digitalization and harmonization. **Job Requirements** **A. Payroll Operations Management** + Oversee end‑to‑end payroll processing across SEA (PH, MY, TH, VN, ID), ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and completeness. Own identified LEs’ payroll by himself/herself. + Manage multiple pay cycles, T&A inputs, backend validations where required. **B. Regulatory & Audit Compliance** + Ensure payroll processes comply with local tax regulations, labor laws, statutory reporting, and government filings for each country. + Lead or support internal audits, customer audits, CAP follow‑ups, and statutory corrections (overpayment/underpayment). **C. Vendor & System Governance** + Oversee performance of payroll vendors across SEA; manage escalations and quality issues. + Lead or support system migrations, UAT activities, payroll system go‑live, and integration of Payroll systems. + Improve system reliability where vendors or systems lack enhancement capability. **D. Data Quality & Reporting** + Ensure high quality and consistency of payroll data, especially for countries with manual environments or large HC fluctuations. + Support monthly/quarterly payroll reporting, accruals, cost simulations, and reconciliations. + Collect and validate data inputs to reduce errors from T&A, HR entries and local site submissions. **E. Team Management** + Supervise, coach, and develop multi‑country payroll analysts. + Balance team’s loading and conduct necessary adjustment base on situation. + Enhance team’s engagement and EVC status. **F. Process Optimization & Standardization** + Drive payroll process optimization, automation opportunities, and reduction of manual tasks. + Develop and maintain regional payroll standards, SOPs, and knowledge databases to ensure consistency. + Support system integration and harmonization across SEA payroll operations. **G. Issue Resolution & Stakeholder Communication** + Investigate and resolve urgent payroll issues (e.g., data errors, system issues, urgent pay runs). + Provide clear communication to HR, Finance, managers, and employees on payroll matters. + Act as escalation point for country payroll analysts and vendors. **H.
