Payroll Supervisor

**Your Tasks:**
+ Final approval of wages for the whole department
+ Payroll accounting
+ Cooperation with the accounting department
+ Preparation of reports for social and health insurance
+ Preparation of certificates to the Chamber
+ Preparation of reports according to the assignment
+ IPACE inspections - new staff, terminations, changes
+ Repair and bulk upload of holidays
**Your Responsibilities:**
+ Managing and coordinating a team of payroll accountants to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
+ Overseeing the entire payroll process, from attendance processing to final payment.
+ Ensuring compliance with payroll, tax and social insurance legislation.
+ Complete payroll processing
+ Timely and accurate payment of wages to all employees
+ Handling complex payroll cases and consulting with employees on payroll and benefits issues.
+ Preparation of payroll reports for statistical offices and ad hoc reports
+ Cooperation with other departments of the company
+ Active participation in company audits
+ Optimization of processes in the payroll department, introduction of new systems and technological solutions to make work more efficient.
+ Correct implementation of personnel administration
+ Supporting staff development through training programmes
**Your Profile:**
+ Bachelor’s / master’s degree preferably in human resources management, business, IT or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
+ Minimum of 2-4 of experience in Team management.
+ Enterprise Resource Planning expertise in the following areas/modules preferred: Workday: ERP System-Modules, Human Capital Management (HCM), HR Core, Absence & Time-off, Benefits, Compensation, Job Catalogue, HR Adm, HR IT and HR Reporting.
+ Good understanding of HR business processes. Familiar with standard concepts, procedures and practices within HR
+ Strong customer service and Team Management skills including ability to diffuse challenging situations.
+ Ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution by the team.
+ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, self-directed environment subject to changing priorities and short deadlines
+ Good management skills with ability to lead cohesive and productive teams (both onsite and virtually)
+ Team player with proactive approach and problem solving skills
+ Fluency in the English language in the business environment
