**Position:** Payroll Specialist with French **Job Description:** **ABOUT THE ROLE** You will be working together with a **team of professionals** , supporting the **payroll processes** for **34 countries** across **Europe, Middle East and Africa** . **WHAT WILL YOU DO:** + Manage the **payroll process** conducted by Arrow’s **external partners** by **collecting** , **checking** , and **processing** payroll input data. + Assist with the preparation of the monthly **payroll reconciliations** and **control reports** . + Ensure the **accuracy** of payroll data. + Provide external vendor with **input** and **instructions** . + Provide payroll output data to **Finance** in a **timely manner** . + Prepare reports for **HR** and **Finance** . + Resolve **employee queries** or coordinate solution with payroll vendor. + Participate in interesting **payroll-related projects** . **WHO YOU ARE:** + You have previous experience in **payroll** , **HR** or **administrative area** (having the knowledge of **French payroll** and **social law** would be an asset). + You speak **French** and **English** fluently. + You pay attention to the **details** and feel comfortable working with **tight deadlines** ( **excellent analytical skills** ). + You feel comfortable working with **tight deadlines** . + You know how to **prioritize** , **manage time** and work **effectively** . + You have excellent **communication** and **analytical skills** . + You have strong **Excel Skills** ( **Vlookup** , **Pivot Tables** , Etc.). **WHAT WE OFFER:** + Permanent **job contract** after **probation period** . + Private **medical healthcare** . + **MyBenefit** system. + **Friendly work atmosphere** . + Nice **office facility** . **WHO WE ARE:** By the time you’ve had your morning coffee, it’s likely you’ve already interacted with Arrow at least 5 times.
