As a Payroll Specialist, you will support the accurate and timely processing of payroll for EMEA entities, ensuring compliance and delivering high-quality service. This role is ideal for professionals with solid payroll knowledge who are eager to grow in an international environment.
Payroll Processing Support
Prepare, validate, and process payroll data for one or more moderately complex EMEA entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
Monitor data interfaces between HR systems and payroll providers, flagging discrepancies for resolution.
Assist in the execution of monthly payroll cycles, including pre-payroll checks and post-payroll reconciliations.
Reporting & Compliance
Generate standard and ad-hoc payroll reports for internal stakeholders and assist with statutory reporting requirements.
Support payroll audits by providing documentation and clarifications as needed.
Ensure adherence to company policies and local labor laws.
Employee Support
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, time & attendance, and benefits in a timely and professional manner.
Issue payroll-related certificates and documentation upon request.
Collaboration & Process Improvement
Work closely with external payroll providers and internal teams (Finance, HR, IT) to resolve operational issues.
Contribute ideas for process improvements, automation, and efficiency gains.
Maintain and update payroll process documentation to ensure accuracy and clarity.
Participate to payroll-related projects to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
Qualifications & Skills3–6 years of Payroll experience.
Familiarity with Payroll systems; ADP experience is a plus.
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
Good MS Office skills and willingness to learn new tools.
