Our team is responsible for providing payroll support to our employees in Europe. We foster a culture focused on employee experience excellence and continuous process improvement by providing “Best in Class” support and advise on simple and complex questions/requests from employees, leaders and/or HR partners.
 

Partner with the best

In this role, you will be responsible for executing on one or more Payroll process(s), developing an in-depth understanding of Payroll systems and legislative rules.  You will identify and resolve operational issues and support process improvement.
 

As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Managing the successful execution of one or more Payroll or Benefits process(s)

Managing service delivery metrics and/or third-party supplier performance in relation to the assigned process(s)

Driving increased productivity and compliance through process improvements, standardization and simplification within assigned area (s)

Participating in internal, external payroll and benefits audits, preparation of year-end reporting & associated statistics

Ensuring that incoming enquiries to the Service Centre's are answered in a professional and efficient manner


Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a successfully completed your studies in business administration or other field with proven relevant work experience

Have proven work experience in Payroll

Have In-depth Payroll and Legislation knowledge in Norway and speak fluent Norwegian

Have experience with SAP and preferably Workday

Have the ability to handle and priorities multiple tasks and work to deadlines

Have the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
